We are delighted to announce that we are now Gold Membership Accredited with Constructionline.

Constructionline have been supporting construction and facility management businesses in the public and private sector for well over 20 years! Originally established by the UK Government in 1998, their mission is to help members simplify procurement risks and keep pace with legislation.

What is Gold membership

Gold Memberships Accreditation demonstrates that we have met the PAS 91 and Common Assessment Standard and pre-qualification across core modules required by the Public and Private sector.

Being Gold Accredited verifies that we have been assessed by Constructionline for our credentials in environmental management, quality management, equal opportunities, modern slavery act adherence and anti-bribery and corruption policies.

A selection of these policies form part of the Cabinet Office Selection Questionnaire (SQ), which the public sector is expected to comply with.

What is PAS 91 Standardisation?

PAS 91 is a standardised pre-qualification questionnaire. It has been created to reduce the need for suppliers to complete a variety of different pre-qualification questionnaires. It has been developed directly by the British Standards Institute (BSI) and is a recommended common minimum standard for construction procurement in the UK.

PAS 91 is intended to:

• Help suppliers understand what information is needed at pre-qualification stage.
• Increase consistency between pre-qualification questionnaires and databases.
• Help buyers identify suitably qualified contractors.

What is the Common Assessment Standard?

The Common Assessment Standard is a standardised set of questions that have been put together from existing systems with input from clients, suppliers and trade organisations across the UK.
