HF Group Sponsors the 2026 Murray Sharp Foundation Golf Day

At HF, we believe in the power of community, sport and backing the next generation of talent. That is why we were absolutely delighted to return to the greens on Friday, 29th May, as an official sponsor of the 2026 Murray Sharp Foundation Golf Day at the stunning Old Course Ranfurly.

The annual event honours the memory of a dear friend, Murray Sharp, while raising vital funds to help young Scottish athletes strive for their goals, stay active, and fall in love with sport.

A Legendary Day on the Course

The atmosphere at the clubhouse was electric from the moment registration opened at 9:00 AM. After a morning of strategy discussions over bacon rolls, the team draws, and an exciting live auction, 18 teams headed out to their allocated tees for a sharp 11:00 AM shotgun start.

The day perfectly blended competitive sport with incredible hospitality, capped off by an inspiring guest speaker and a thrilling conclusion to the online silent auction later that evening.

Supporting youth sports is incredibly close to our hearts at HF Group. Seeing the business community come together at Old Course Ranfurly to honour Murray’s legacy and unlock opportunities for young Scottish athletes is exactly why we are proud to back this fantastic foundation.

Making an Impact Beyond the Green

Every penny raised from the Golf Day goes directly toward funding equipment, training, and resources for young sports stars across Scotland who might otherwise face financial barriers to participation.
