With over 1,000 participating employers, The 5% Club champions ‘earn and learn’ opportunities that equip individuals with the skills and expertise necessary for fulfilling careers. Member companies, including ourselves, pledge to increase the number of apprentices, sponsored students, and graduates on formal programs to 5% of their total workforce within five years, showcasing a steadfast commitment to workforce development. Moreover, members commit to transparent reporting of their progress in their Annual Reports, ensuring accountability and driving continuous improvement.
