HF Fire & Security Appointed to Homes England Interim Measures Alarm Fund Panel

HF Fire & Security is pleased to announce our successful appointment to the official Supplier Panel for the Interim Measures Alarm Fund (IMAF), administered by Homes England.

This £62.7 million UK Government fund has been established to support residential and student accommodation buildings in England where cladding remediation or alteration work is required. The primary objective of the fund is to replace costly 24/7 “waking watch” security patrols with reliable, compliant common fire alarm systems, delivering immediate life-safety protection while significantly reducing financial burdens for leaseholders and building owners.

Where unsafe external wall systems or cladding issues require temporary safety measures, continuous physical fire patrols can create a heavy financial strain.
