Glasgow Branch Successfully Re-Certified NICEIC

Another year as an approved NICEIC Approved Contractor

Hot on the heels of the recent news that our Belfast Branch had successfully renewed their NICEIC Accreditation, we are pleased to announce that our Glasgow Branch (and the Head Office for the entire HF Group) have also successfully passed their annual NICEIC assessment and therefore have been re-certified as an accredited NICEIC contractor for yet another year.

By being an NICEIC approved contractor, we can demonstrating to our clients that we can will provide consistently high service standards for which we have always been known for; al while ensuring we are following our own company values of Quality, Safety, People and Integrity in everything we do.

What is NICEIC?

The NICEIC accreditation is the UK’s leading voluntary regulatory body for the electrical contracting industry. They have been assessing the electrical competence of electricians like us for six decades and they currently maintaining a roll of more than 26,000 registered contractors!

Their Approved Contractor scheme is for electrical contractors undertaking design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical installations to BS 7671.

The NICEIC scheme covers:

• electricians working on commercial and industrial installations
• electricians working on domestic installations
• electrical installation condition reporting (testing, inspection, PIRs)
• street lighting installers
• security systems installers
• any other activity covered by BS 7671
