A company is only as strong as the people who build it every day. At HF Group, our greatest asset has always been the extraordinary talent, loyalty, and community within our workforce. Last Friday, we gathered at the historic Haggs Castle in Glasgow to mark a monumental milestone: our very first Acknowledgment of Service Awards.

This special event was designed with one simple goal in mind—to celebrate our team. Members of the HF family came together for an awards Lunch, socialising and most importantly, well-deserved recognition, honouring individuals across all four of our core divisions: HF Mechanical & Electrical, HF Fire & Security, HF Comms, and HF Controls.

Whether they were celebrating 10 years, 20, 30, 40 or more years, everyone was having a great time at the HF Awards Day.

Decades of Excellence: From 10 to 50 Years of Loyalty

Building a career is a journey, and having team members spend decades growing alongside us is the highest compliment a business can receive. At the ceremony, we proudly honored employees who have reached staggering milestones of 10, 20, 30, 40, and even 50 years of service.

Managing Director Hugh Fulton kicked off the celebrations with an inspiring speech reflecting on the journey of HF Group and our growth over the last 50 years, expressing deep gratitude for the unwavering commitment of our staff. Following his address, Group Chairman Hugh Fulton, alongside Directors from across the company, took to the stage to hand out certificates and awards to our long-serving team members.
