HF Electrical, HF Comms and HF Controls, have successfully achieved re-certification and early transition to the new ISO 9001:2015 Quality standard.

The benefits of the new standard are that it requires, greater emphasis on leadership engagement, and requires the company to address organisational risks and opportunities in a structured manner.

Early transition to the new standard assures our customers, partners and suppliers that HF Group are committed to continual Improvement of both our Quality Management System, and importantly our Customer services.

We would also like to recognise the efforts of the IMS Scotland team who conducted our internal audits and evaluated our quality performance – their invaluable guidance and recommendations, enabled the smooth transition to ISO 9001:2015.
