Project Description:
Hacking & Paterson manages a vast estate of residential properties requiring rigorous compliance with fire and safety legislation. The scope includes inspections, maintenance and certification across thousands of assets, including:

  • Emergency Lighting
  • Compartmentation
  • Dry Risers
  • Smoke Vents
  • Fire Alarms
  • Smoke Detectors
  • UPS Systems
  • Sprinklers

We must ensure that every asset is inspected, maintained and recorded accurately while swiftly addressing discrepancies. With the sheer number of assets needing seen to, it requires a trusted partner with scale, agility and a commitment to quality.
