HF was approached by Scottish Brain Science to undertake the complete fit-out of their new office space located within the iconic Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh. Home of Scottish Rugby. The project required transforming the space to include a boardroom, office space, clinical rooms, testing rooms and a dedicated pharmacy area.

Having built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects, HF was recommended for this job by an existing client, the Scottish Rugby Union (SRU). Our extensive experience in electrical, mechanical, and fire & security services made us the ideal choice for this complex and multi-faceted installation.

In collaboration with trusted subcontractors, we developed a structured Schedule of Works to ensure efficient project delivery. Our team managed and executed key aspects of the fit-out, including:

Electrical Installations: Full wiring and power distribution to accommodate the new office layout.

Plumbing: Installation of essential water and drainage systems.

Ventilation: Ensuring proper airflow and air quality throughout the facility.

Fire Alarm Systems: Installation and integration of a compliant fire safety system.

Access Control: Security enhancements for controlled entry and restricted areas.

In addition to our in-house services, our subcontractors carried out partitioning, decoration, and flooring works to complete the transformation.

Project Challenges: Thanks to detailed planning, seamless coordination and efficient execution, Scottish Brain Science successfully moved into their new office ahead of schedule. The newly fitted-out space is now fully functional, supporting the client’s vital research and operational needs.
