As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our Fire & Security division in Edinburgh. If you are organised, proactive and able to provide excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
Providing day to day administrative support to the Service Co-ordinator’s and Contract Manager’s
Preparing documents and photos for completed works in readiness for return to client as required
Assisting with uploading reports / worksheets to client portals
Responding to internal and external email and telephone enquiries
Performing other routine administrative tasks as required
Key Skills, Experience and Qualification’s Required:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
