Record, Plan, Instruct, and Train: We document all significant findings and recommendations. We help you formalise an Emergency Action Plan and advise on staff training requirements.

Review and Update: We set a date for the next review and advise on when to update the FRA following any significant changes to the building structure, occupancy, or processes.
