Job Title: Trainee Project Administrator
Location: Glasgow

We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to join the HF family in a permanent role that promises unique challenges, a varied workload and great career progression opportunities within the company.

We are currently looking to recruit a trainee project administrator for our Comms Division, as this is a trainee position full training will be provided.

Salary negotiable upon experience circa 18k – 20k

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 16:45, Friday 08:30 – 16:00

The Position

You will have good administration skills and fully competent with the Microsoft office package, excellent communication and numerical skills and be happy to work in a team alongside like-minded individuals working to strict deadlines.

This is a long-term position with flexible working arrangements in our Glasgow branch, flexible working will not be available during your 3-month probation period.

The Role

The successful candidate will be required to complete the following daily tasks:

  • Managing PO mailbox ensuring the prompt forwarding and recording of all inbound POs to the respective program/programme mangers recording data and accurately reporting figures.
  • BAU Mailbox
  • Manage PO mailbox ensure the prompt forwarding to correct programme manager
  • Forward on all PO’s to relevant programs
  • Collating/ recording data form PO’s data onto PO report
  • Reporting daily figures
  • Collating Monthly Figures
  • PO queries/ escalations
  • Raising projects on inhouse database
  • Assist with invoicing and queries.
  • Adhoc duties
