As part of our ongoing push towards a greener planet for all, we have been pushing to attain ISO 14001 accreditation and are delighted to announce that we have now gained this to go along with our existing ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Accreditations.
What is ISO 14001?
ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. Achieving this Standard demonstrates the commitment of HF Comms Ltd to:
- Continuous Improvement of our environmental performance, through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste.
- Compliance with current and future statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Reduction of Carbon emissions, Sustainability and Climate Change mitigation.
HF Comms Ltd now have an integrated Management System (IMS), which includes;
- ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety management system.
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
The scope of activities covered by these certificates are defined as: Installation of Telecommunication Systems & Electrical Contracts.
There are few areas of industry as fast-moving as the Communications sector.
Certainly, there are few as competitive. In this climate, HF Comms has grown and developed almost as quickly as the sector itself. And we recognise that simply to be abreast of technologies is no longer good enough. Which is why accreditations like this matter to us as it shows our commitment not just to the services that we offer but the standards that we set. After all, there is no Planet B.
