JOB SNAPSHOT Project Coordinator

We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to join the HF Group in a permanent role that promises unique challenges, a varied workload and great career progression opportunities within the company.

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join HF Comms Ltd

Daily Tasks:

  • Arranging RAMS, Access Permits and RF outages
  • Organising vehicles, travel, keys, cranes, mewps, job packs, site clearances and anything specific to individual site requirements.
  • Liaise with engineers and PMs and assist with any issues that may arise on site.
  • Furnish Project Managers with twice daily updates of works.
  • Report details of near misses to SHE.
  • Arrange POs and action Reports relating to finance.
  • Maintain spreadsheets.
  • Arrange courier deliveries.
  • Allocate labour to jobs and arrange payments of wages via in house system and POs.
  • General Admin duties *list not exhaustive.

 

Salary negotiable upon experience.

As this is a long term position, we are looking for individuals willing to commit and develop within our organisation to assist with our continued successful growth.
