We are currently looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator to join our HF Comms Division.

Salary negotiable upon experience.

The position

Ideally you will have strong experience (Knowledge of cornerstone advantageous) of the mobile telecommunications industry and be happy to work in a team alongside like-minded individuals working to strict deadlines.

This is a long-term position with flexible working arrangements in our Glasgow branch.

The Role

The successful candidate will be required to complete the following daily tasks:

• Point of contact for customer Project Manager(s)
• Point of contact for internal Project Managers and teams
• Programming/Scheduling of jobs in line with customer’s requirements
• Working with external contractors for their delivery within key KPI/SLA’s
• Analysis of site survey reports,
• Analysis of site drawings
• Technical expert on all scopes of work particular to the project you are working on
• Assist the HF project teams
• Instructing drawings to supplier based off information collected by team
• Publishing planning drawings for Asset surveyors to discuss with landlords
• Submit drawings to BT and Customer to review works proposed on site
• Auditing drawings with team members to provide high quality design
• Working with cornerstone teams to provide the weekly forecasts
• Working with cornerstone teams to overcome queries and design issues
• Calculating solutions to design issues and working together with suppliers and customer
• Responding to Queries from suppliers and customer regarding design

What you need

• Mobile telecommunications experience – desirable
• Project coordinators experience – essential
• UK mobile operator specification knowledge – desirable
• Administrative experience – essential
