Mechanical Service Assistant Coordinator

The Role:
- Fast paced workload
- Plan engineers working diaries and schedule jobs with clients
- Update Client portals
- Provide holiday cover for the main Mechanical service coordinator
- Answer Calls and queries from clients and engineers
- Follow in house call monitors to ensure clients are kept up to date
Hours:
Mon – Thurs – 8am to 4:45pm (4pm on Fri)
Salary negotiable upon experience.
As this is a long term position, we are looking for individuals willing to commit and develop within our organisation to assist with our continued successful growth.
