Key Account Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to join our Mechanical & Electrical Division based out of Glasgow branch.

Salary negotiable upon experience.

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 16:45, Friday 08:30 – 16:00

The Position

You will have strong administration experience, excellent communication and numerical skills and be happy to work in a team alongside like-minded individuals working to strict deadlines.

This is a long-term position with flexible working arrangements in our Glasgow branch.

The Role

Providing the administrative support for one of our key accounts – invoicing, management of customer portal and other related administrative duties

Main Responsibilities include:

• Using client systems to cost, invoice and close jobs
• Monitoring client and HF systems to ensure all jobs are logged and none missed
• Liaising with client and HF service staff to resolve any issues
• Raising all jobs for Planned works, monitoring progress through to completion and chasing service team to ensure works completed on time.

Additional Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Prepare documents and photo’s for completed works in readiness for return to client
• Assist with uploading reports / worksheets to client portals
• Filing data and perform other routine clerical tasks as required
• Operate a variety of standard office machines; computer / telephone / photocopier / printer etc.
