Building on the successful delivery of the Murrayfield flagship, HF Group’s Electrical and Fire & Security divisions provided a comprehensive “all trades” fit-out for Macron’s second Scottish store in Glasgow. This turnkey project encompassed everything from core electrical and data infrastructure to specialized security alarms, CCTV, and full interior finishes—including joinery, flooring, and custom racking. By leveraging an integrated team of tradesmen with a history of collaborative success, HF managed a high-speed four-week turnaround, ensuring the store was fully operational and aesthetic standards were met in time for the critical opening date.
This is Macron’s brand new store in Glasgow and their second store in Scotland.
HF Group and our Electrical and Fire & Security Divisions were employed to deliver the full package of all trades as we had previously carried out for their store in Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh.
The project included Electrical works, data installation, security alarm and CCTV installation, all shop fitting & joinery works, flooring, painting & decoration and racking install. The project was delivered to the customers full satisfaction on time and on budget including additional works requested and variations.
Project Challenges: Delivering the full package in under four weeks to reach the critical opening date with each of the trades working together in relatively small areas was a challenge. However, all tradesmen involved have worked together previously with seamless site coordination as they did on this project.
