Brief project description: We re-wired lighting and power circuits within 12 bedrooms on behalf of Nicolson Decorators for Greene King. New USB sockets were fitted at bedheads and new modern lighting installed. New distribution boards were installed to bring the regulations up to current standard.

We refurbished the lounge bar by altering existing power and lighting circuits. The existing switch bank was moved to accommodate a new ladies toilet. New USB sockets were fitted at seating booths and new lighting installed throughout.

Project Challenges: The property is made up of 3 traditional cottages that have been merged into 1. We installed cables within the fabric of the building without damaging the traditional features. Despite ‘The Beast From The East’, we still managed to hand over the project on time, much to the clients delight.
