Services provided by HF: Strip out of redundant wiring and accessories, installation of additional socket outlets, replacement of all electrical accessories, installation of column radiator, towel rail and ceiling blue tooth speaker, replacement of all light fittings.
Brief project description: Diverse Projects Ltd specialise in hotel refurbishment works and excel in this field. This bedroom refurbishment project is being carried out over a 10 month period with groups of two or four rooms being completely refurbished over two or three week time slots to minimise impact to the hotels business. Our remit is to replace all electrical accessories and light fittings and wire and install additional outlets and lighting per Davidson and Company Interiors Ltd drawings and specification.
Project Challenges : With electrical, plumbing, tiler, joinery, decorating and carpeting contractors all present and all working in relatively small spaces and with a short time scale to complete each batch of rooms it can be challenging to coordinate our works alongside the other trades. The on- site teams have all worked together on previous similar projects which greatly assists progress and
communication.
